arbp1039-12c consent terms dated 2nd March,2015 duly signed by the parties and their respective advocates. The parties are present in Court and have signed the consent terms before the Court. The signature of the parties are identified by their respective advocates. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X". I have inquired with the parties, who are present in Court, who have stated that each of them have read the consent terms and have understood the same. The statement is accepted.

Arbitration Petition Nos.1039 of 2012 and 1040 of 2012 are disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The undertakings recorded in the consent terms are accepted.

In view of the consent terms filed by the parties, the impugned awards are set aside and are substituted by the consent terms.
4.
In view of disposal of the arbitration petitions, the interlocutory proceedings pending, if any, in these petitions are disposed of.
No order as to costs.
