By this Petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a legal heirship certificate to the petitioner under the provisions of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 certifying that petitioner along with the heir mentioned in paragraph 4 are the only heirs and legal representatives of Noshir Pirojshah Kasad [for short 'deceased'] 3.

Ms. Bahirwani submitted that deceased Noshir died leaving behind legal representatives. Details are set out in paragraph 4 of the Petition. The petitioner requires heirship certificate for producing before Governmental and Semi

37-MPT-100-2017 Governmental Authorities, Mumbai District and Income Tax Department, Mumbai.

In view of these submissions, Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of persons named in paragraph 4 viz; Firuza Noshir Kasad and Dr. Khushnam Noshir Kasad. All concerned to act upon authenticated copy of this order. [R.G. KETKAR, J.]
