Mr.Patel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner invites my attention to the order passed by this Court on 16th April 2015 passed by Shri Justice S.J. Kathawalla in Company Petition No.179 of 2013 along with other companion matters thereby ordering winding up of the respondent-company. The official liquidator is already appointed in that matters. He seeks liberty to withdraw this petition with liberty to file its claim before the official liquidator.
