Under the impugned permission, the fourth Respondent has been permitted to hold Fun-N-Fair on the plot of land till 2nd July 2017. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the fourth Respondent produces a copy of the Minutes of the Meeting held on 22nd June 2017 which was attended by the

sng wpl-1684.17 Secretary of the present Petitioner and his name is mentioned in the Minutes of the Meeting.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instruction of Shri Anil Shankar Chauhan, the General Secretary of the Petitioner states that he was present in the meeting. This fact is not disclosed in the Petition. This ground is sufficient to dismiss the Petition. In any event, permission granted to the fourth Respondent will come to an end tomorrow i.e. 2nd July 2017. Hence, there is no reason to entertain this Petition. Accordingly, the Petition is rejected.
