The petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration Act for an extension of the arbitral mandate. Shephali Mormare 3.

Disputes under a contract between the parties were referred to a sole arbitrator.

After the original arbitral mandate ended, it was extended for six months by mutual consent of the parties. This period ended in June 2020. However, due to the lockdown and the pandemic 7th January 2021

All proceedings are completed. Only the Award remains to be made. Considering the circumstances, I extend the arbitral mandate until 1st March 2021.
