The learned Counsel appearing for the RespondentMunicipal Corporation states on instructions of Shri. Sushilkumar Gangurde, Colony Officer 'N' Ward, who is personally present in the Court that before demolishing the structures of the Petitioners in these two Petitions, the Respondent-Municipal Corporation will follow due process of law. We accept the said statement. We must note here that the due process of law will necessarily include the compliance with the principles of natural justice.
