Learned AGP has placed on record the order dated 26th September 2016 which has been passed by the State Government in compliance of the directions issued by this Court on 22nd April 2016. Copy of the said order has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner by learned AGP.

In view of the aforesaid, we are of the view that nothing survives in this petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 26th September 2016, it will be open for the petitioner to challenge the same by way of appropriate proceedings. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
