The company appeal transferred from the Aurangabad Bench to this Court was placed for directions first on 9 June 2015. None appeared for the parties. Therefore, the matter was stood over to 16 June 2015. Even on that date, none appeared for the parties and the matter was stood over to 30 June 2015. Again on 30 June 2015, none appeared for the parties. The office was thereupon directed to issue notice to both parties intimating the next date in the matter, namely, 27 July 2015.

The office has filed a service report to the effect that the service of notice could not be effected on the Appellants, since the service packet sought to be delivered to the Appellants was received from the postal authority with the remark 'left".

In these circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
