We have heard the Petitioner's Advocate, so also Mr. More appearing on behalf of the State and Mr. Nalawade appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 2-High Power Committee. 3.

It is not disputed that the said Appeal is still pending. In these circumstances, the High Power Committee is directed to dispose of the pending Appeal being Appeal No. 250 of 2013 as
