Heard the counsel and also considered the affidavit in support. For reasons mentioned therein, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Shri Doctor appearing for applicant states that the suit will be filed within one week. It is clarified that this Court has not made observations regarding the merits of the proposed suit.
