1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner tendered draft of the Judge's order along with affidavit of the petitioner affirmed on 28.06.2023, copy of the grant issued on 19.04.2023, copy of the letter issued by the MHADA on 08.06.2023 along with its translation, copy of the registered sale deed dated 21.06.2023, having Registered Serial No.12270/2023, copy of the registered release deed, executed on 03.03.2023, having registered Serial No.4885/2023 by Ashwita, Supriya, Ravina, Ranjana and Nagesh(legal heirs of the deceased) in favour of petitioner in respect of the property, which is subject matter of the grant.

There are some minor corrections which are suggested to be corrected. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that she will file the corrected draft along with the documents.

Upon receipt of the draft, the office to verify the judge's Order is properly paginated and all documents are marked and exhibited as per the affidavit and Draft order. Then it be registered according to Rules.
