As noted by this Court on the last occasion, i.e. on 21 March 2018, despite service of writ of summons, no appearance has been entered in the Commercial Suit on behalf of the Defendants. The Suit is accordingly placed for ex parte decree today against the Defendants. None appears for the Defendants even today.
