Learned counsel for the plaintiffs states that the entire award has been satisfied and seeks leave to withdraw the Chamber Summons and Execution Application. Chamber Summons No.598 of 2014 and Execution Application (L)No.1208 of 2014 are allowed to be withdrawn. Vide order dated 12th November, 2014 the bailable warrants were issued against the respondents. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that these warrants were not been executed. The warrants issued against the respondents pursuant to order dated 12th November, 2014 shall stand cancelled.
