As far as the structural status of the building subject matter of this Petition is concerned, this Petition involves several disputed questions of facts. We, therefore, decline to entertain this Petition. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of while keeping the remedy of the Petitioner to approach before the Civil Court expressly open. To enable the Petitioners to avail of the remedy, the ad-interim relief granted earlier shall continue to operate for a period of two weeks from today.
