Perused the Report. The Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a)In view of Paragraph 3.1 hereinabove, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make payment of professional fees of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand only) as per Exhibit A hereto and applicable taxes if any, to Mr. Hiro Rai, Advocate.

(b)In view of paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 herein above, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make payment of professional fees of Rs.85,875/- (Rupees Eighty ssp 1/2
