After the last order in the matter was passed (i.e. on 18 December 2018), the SLP of Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 has been dismissed by the Supreme Court. This Court is informed that since the dismissal of the SLP, an arbitral tribunal of three arbitrators has been constituted and is seized of the reference. Learned Counsel, accordingly, does not press his application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act ('Act'), but seeks liberty to apply for interim reliefs under Section 17 of the Act before the arbitral tribunal. The petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. All rights and contentions of the parties on merits are kept open. ( S.C. GUPTE, J. ) Pg 1 of 1
