The Petitioners in the present Petition challenge the order dated 4th May 2013, vide which the Respondent No.4 in the present Petition, who is the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.2684 of 2013 has been brought in Category "C" with effect from 1986. However, the Education Inspector himself in the said Petition has admitted that an error was committed by passing the order dated 4th May 2013. Since the Education Inspector himself has corrected and placed the Respondent No.4 in the seniority in the Category "C" from 1989 i.e. when he obtained B.Ed. degree, the purpose of the present Petition stands served. The Petition is disposed of.
