Heard the Applicant appearing in person. The challenge in the main Writ Petition is to the order dated 5th January, 2015 issued by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation under Section 354 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888. The notice has been served to the Chairman/ Secretary of the Andheri Vile Parle Punjabi Co-operative Housing Society Limited and to the occupants/ tenants. The Applicant

in the Chamber Summons claims to be a member of the said Andheri Vile Parle Punjabi Co-operative Housing Society Limited. Therefore, the Applicant becomes at least a proper party to the main Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The Writ Petitioner shall implead the Applicant as a party Respondent No.4 to the main Writ Petition. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
