Mr. Agre for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai (NCLT). Mr. Agre states that this petition was admitted on 3rd July 2017 and before they could advertise this petition, another petition company petition being No. TCP 561/IB/NCLT/MB/MAH/2017 was filed by another party against the company before the NCLT and an order dated 19th July 2017 came to be passed under which company was granted moratorium under Section 14 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). Mr. Agre states therefore this petition was not advertised.

In view of above, advertising the withdrawal of this petition dispensed.
