The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners on instructions states that though at present the dispute concerning the grant of exemption on the basis of N-form does not survive, in the event an occasion arises in future, the petitioner may be granted liberty to file a fresh petition raising the same contentions which are raised in the present petition.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed. All contentions are kept open.
