On behalf of the applicant Mr. Kocharekar submits that prayer clause (a) is not happily worded. All the applicant seeks is leave to issue the company in liquidation in relation to the proposed registration to the applicant society. He submits he has instructions not to press prayer clause (b). Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant I am of the view the application can be allowed :

(i) Leave to sue the company in liquidation in the proceedings for registration of the Applicant society is allowed. (ii) Deposits required by the liquidator shall be made as directed by the liquidator.
