The Petition is of 2014. It was dismissed by a conditional order of 2nd May 2016. There is a delay of 689 days. The present Notice of Motion is filed on 7th June 2018. There is no explanation for this delay at all and I will not accept that any translation from the vernacular to English can take this length of time. 2.
As a final opportunity, I will condone the delay and allow the Petitioner as indulgence provided that all objections are to be removed with no possibility of any extension on or before 1st August 2018, failing which this Petition will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and will not be restored thereafter under any circumstances.
