The request in this petition is to direct a joint demarcation of the property, more particularly described in the petition so that the issue of overlapping boundaries can be resolved. 2.
The petition was adjourned earlier to enable Mr. Upadhye learned AGP to take instructions. In the presence of the second respondent, Mr. Upadhye informs the court that within a period J.V.Salunke,PA

Since the demarcation is to be carried out after due notice and in the presence of all the parties, each one of them can reserve their contentions and for being raised in appropriate proceedings, but assist the second respondent to at least complete the exercise in terms of the undertaking given to this court. 3.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. We clarify that, this court has expressed no opinion on the rival contentions.
