At the request of the learned counsel for the Petitioners, we permit the Petitioners to amend the Petition to bring the heirs of the deceased Petitioner No.1 on record. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. The contesting parties are Petitioners on one hand and Respondent Nos.7 to 10 on the other hand. Respondent no.7 is a partnership firm of which Respondent Nos.8 to 10 are the Partners. Learned Counsel for the parties have tendered Consent Terms in Court between the Petitioner and Respondent No.7. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for Identification. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted. The Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.

On the request of Learned Counsel for the Petitioner we permit the Petitioner to withdraw the Petition insofar as the other Respondents are concerned.

In view of the disposal of the Writ petition, all pending Interim Applications to stand disposed of.
