Shri Davar, counsel appearing for the plaintiff, on instructions, submits that in view of the letter from the plaintiff to the defendant, dated 13th/14th February 2012, copy whereof is annexed at Exh.A-18, triable issues do arise. At the same time, the counsel requests that the suit be expedited since there are many other suits filed by the plaintiff pending in this Court on same issues.

On or before 3rd December 2016, parties to file their respective affidavits of documents and also complete discovery and inspection. On or before 9th December 2016, the parties to file and exchange their respective statements of admission and denial with reasons for denial.
