Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

After hearing both the sides at length and as both the Counsel submits that it is not necessary to give detailed reasons in the interest of justice, the following order is passed:

a) The petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,91,232/- to the Respondent Corporation being the license fee for the calendar year 2012 on or before 15th December, 2015.

b) The petitioner shall pay composition charges to the Respondent Corporation amounting to Rs.95,616/- on or before 15th December, 2015. c) The Petitioner shall pay Rs.69,591.79 to Sneha Chavan 1/2

27 wp 1327-11=.doc the Respondent Corporation being the arrears of license fee for the period 2010 on or before 15th December, 2015.

d) The Respondent no.1 shall on payment of the aforesaid sums and on receipt of an application by the Petitioner, speedily process the application of the Petitioner for grant of a license for the year 2016 within a period not exceeding 3 days from receipt of such application. Immediately on being granted a license, the petitioner shall be entitled to put up hoardings on terms and conditions set out in the license at the cinema theater known as Liberty Cinema. The petitioner shall within the time stipulated in the license pay the license fee. The learned counsel for the respondent corporation after taking instructions from his officer who is present in the Court submits that if the above mentioned amount is paid by the petitioner and if they make a application for grant of license for the year 2016, they will decide the same within three days from the receipt of the said application. The statement is accepted.

Matter is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
