The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner accepts that on 14th December, 2017 the petitioner filed a civil suit in the City Civil Court at Dindoshi on the same cause of action for the same relief. This fact of filing civil suit was suppressed when on 15th December, 2017 the petitioner moved this Court for grant of ad-interim relief. As the petitioner has already filed a civil suit, we decline to entertain this Petition. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. All contentions on merits are kept open.
