---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 22.1.2016 P.C.:- This official liquidator's report is to seek leave of the court to permit the official liquidator to appoint Mr.J.P.Sen as Senior Counsel to argue and defend the matter on behalf of the official liquidator. The petitioner has filed an affidavit in reply opposing the report. According to the petitioner the official liquidator should engage only a Junior Advocate and not a senior Advocate. In my view, no party can decide what kind of lawyer or counsel the other party can engage. In the circumstances, the objections raised are overruled. The official liquidator's report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses-(a) and (b).
