We find that this Contempt Petition is wholly misconceived.

In the circumstances, when it was put to the learned counsel for the Petitioner that whether the Contempt Petition is to be dismissed with heavy cost, the counsel for the Petitioner on instruction of the Petitioner who is present in the Court tendered Vishal Parekar 1/2

prod-504-conpwl-70-2017.doc apology and submits that the Petitioner is voluntarily willing to pay cost of Rs. 10,000/- to be payable to Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai.

In view of this, we direct the Petitioner to deposit the cost of Rs. 10,000/- to Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai by a crossed cheque and submit the receipt before the Prothonotary of this Court within a week.
