Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner is to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent no.9 High Power Committee to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's Application No. 12 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.

The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no.8 submits that against the order of the Chief Executive Officer, SRA the respondent no.8 has filed Writ Petition No.242 of 2017 before this Court, in the circumstances it may be made clear that the order as may be passed by the High Power Committee will be subject to the outcome of the said Writ Petition No. 242 of 2017. 3.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner, as also the learned Counsel for the respondent no.6 have submitted no objection to the said prayer made by the learned Counsel for the respondent no.8. 4.

Having regard to the aforesaid, we direct the High Power Committee to decide Application No. 12 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, making it clear that the order as may be passed by the High Power Committee shall be subject to the outcome of Writ Petition No. 242 of 2017.
