Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the first and second Respondents as well as the learned counsel appearing for the fourth Respondent, who opposed the Notice of Motion.

Writ Petition filed by the Applicant was dismissed for non-prosecution as the Advocate for

sng nm-325.17 the Applicant did not remain present on 21st June 2017. In view of Paragraph 4 of the affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
