Heard Mr.Ramamurthy, learned Counsel for the plaintiff/applicant on this notice of motion and Mr.Chitnis, learned Counsel for the defendants.

The prayer in the notice of motion is for setting aside the rejection of the Notice of Motion (L) No.1135 of 2013 on 23 May 2019 in view of the conditional order dated 30 April 2019 and for restoration of the notice of motion. It is stated that the office objections are complied with. Mr.Chitnis fairly states that the plaintiff has no objection for restoration of the notice of motion.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties and having perused the affidavit in support of notice of motion, it is in the interest of justice that the notice of motion is allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
