The present Petition has been preferred by the Petitioner challenging the Orders impugned, passed under Section 153A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 ("Act") for the Assessment Year 2013-14 to 2018-19. During the course of arguments, we have been informed that the Orders impugned in the present Petition are also the subject matter of Appeals, which have been preferred by the Petitioner herein. In that view of the matter, we do not wish to entertain the present Petition. The Petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to pursue the alternate remedy already availed.
