DATED :- OCTOBER 12, 2015 P.C. :- Having heard both sides, we are of the opinion that for the reasons that are recorded in para 6 of the impugned order, this Appeal does not raise any substantial question of law. The Tribunal has found that the conduct of the Appellant was such that it should be visited with not only confirmation of the demand and payment of interest but the penalty as well.
