By order dated 10th August, 2015, Chamber Summons No. 715 of 2013 and Execution Application (L) No. 876 of 2013 stood withdrawn on the request of applicant herein, as against Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 herein.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that after negotiations, the present respondent no.1 has paid a substantial amount against the amount of the award and the applicant has instructed her not to press the Chamber Summons and the pending Execution Application. She seeks leave to withdraw the Chamber Summons with

Accordingly, Chamber Summons No. 715 of 2015 in Execution Application (L) no. 876 of 2013 is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to move a fresh Chamber Summons, if required. (A. K. MENON, J.)
