By order dated 16th February 2016 this Court had ordered that the Company Petition be admitted and the Petitioner advertised the Petition in two local newspapers, which is the 'Free Press Journal' in English and 'Navshakti' in Marathi and also in Maharashtra Government Gazette. The said order further recorded that if within three weeks from the said date the Company pays the amount of Rs. 13,66,285/- together with interest thereof at 12 percent per annum from 15th November 2014, the Petition shall stand Sharayu. 1/2
4-CP-733-15.doc dismissed. If the amount was not paid within the aforesaid period, the Petitioner may go ahead and advertise the Petition.

Today I am informed by the Counsel for Petitioner as well as Respondent that all the dues have been paid and therefore, the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the Petition. 3.
In view of the aforesaid statement and since the Petition has not yet been advertised, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
