The order of 4th January 2021 has an inadvertent error. This can be traced to the equally inadvertent error in the Interim Application itself. It seems that the original Grant of 20th December ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL 2017 has been misplaced. This is required to carry out amendments ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2021.02.16 11:03:37 +0530 that have subsequently become necessary.

There can be no question of issuing "a duplicate Grant". Every Petition can only receive a single Grant. What can be issued as a certified copy of the original Grant that has been misplaced. 15th February 2021

The order of 4th January 2021 will therefore be read and understood to mean that the prayer to issue a certified copy of the Grant dated 20th December 2017 is permitted.

The amendments to that Grant are also permitted. 5.

It is the certified copy that will be amended in the manner permitted.
