Heard Mr.Aithe-Company Prosecutor and also considered the Report. Official Liquidator's Report allowed in terms of prayer clauses-(a) and (b) which read as under :- "(a) In view of para 6, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to appoint advocate to attend the matter on behalf of Official Liquidator in the Writ Petition No.9529 of 2014 filed by Aurangabad Mazdoor Union V/s. The State of Maharashtra & others before the Hon'ble High Court Bombay Bench at Aurangabad ;
