It appears that the respondent, the secured creditor, has deposited the amount of Rs. 1,07,40,794/- in terms of the order dated 16th February, 2021, inclusive of the amount of Rs.75,000/- payable to Mr. Vedchetan Patil, advocate appointed by the Official Liquidator who represented the company in liquidation Vishal Parekar, P.A.

The claim of fees tabulated in the letter dated 7th September, 2017 (Exhibit B) appears reasonable.
