Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has handedover a demand draft of Rs.25 lakhs to the learned Counsel for the Respondent-Bank, which amount was to be deposited by 3 July 2018. According to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner there was delay of only 3 days in depositing the amount of Rs.50 lakhs in terms of the impugned order dated 24 April 2018. 2.

The delay in depositing the amount of Rs.50 lakhs shall stand condoned. The DRT shall now decide the Securitization Application expeditiously. Until the disposal of the Securitization Application, the Uday.P.Kambli 1/2
