We find that the matter is pending before the Charity Commissioner. According to the petitioner, the Charity Commissioner is required to consider the petitioner's objection about the maintainability of the proceedings before it. We are of the view that before approaching this court, petitioner was required to approach the Charity Commissioner for redressal of his grievance in regard to the proceedings which has been initiated by respondent no.2. We hope and trust that in case the petitioner nilegaonkar
