Heard. The Appellant shall pay Rs.10,000/- as costs to Respondent No.1 as directed by the order dated 27th February 2012 within four weeks from today.

The Appellant shall deposit the entire decretal amount within VRD

NMA1947.12.sxw six weeks from today with interest as per paragraph 107 of the Award. Liberty is granted to the parties to apply for fixed date of hearing. To be heard alongwith companion matters.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that since the Appellant is going to deposit the decretal amount within six weeks from today with interest, the execution of the decree be stayed.

The execution of the decree is stayed. However, if the amount which is directed to be deposited is not done so within the prescribed period, the stay shall stand vacated without reference to this Court. (B.P. COLABAWALLA, J.) (V.M. KANADE J.) VRD
