Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition, however, submitting that the rights and contentions of the petitioners in regard to the order dated 10 February 2017 as passed by the Deputy Registrar under Section 77A be kept open. 2.

Allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.

At this stage, learned Counsel for the petitioners has stated that there is an application as filed on behalf of the petitioners for removal of Mr.Mohammad Dastagir Sheikh as a member of the Board of Administrators and the petitioners be permitted to pursue the said

7-wpl 1943-18 application if so made. The concerned authority may take appropriate decision in that regard.

Needless to observe that before any order is passed on the said application, all the parties including Mr.Mohammad Dastagir Sheikh would also be heard.

All contentions of the parties in regard to the said application are expressly kept open.
