The Petitioners obtained Letters of Administration on 18th October 2019. The present Application is for leave to sell an immovable property, i.e. Room no. A-8, Plot No. 549, Charkop (1) Marmik CHSL Sector 05, Charkop, Kandivali (West) Mumbai 400 067, standing in the name of the deceased, in favour of Ajay P Savania and Bhavana Ajay Savania, for a total consideration of Rs. 45 lakhs in terms of the draft agreement annexed at Exhibit 'C'. There can be no objection to this.
