None for the Petitioner. Notwithstanding the order dated 20th July, 2016 second set is not furnished by the Petitioner. We find that from 20th July, 2016 the Petition appeared on board on number of dates when the Petitioner consistently remained absent. After having perused the Contempt Petition, we find that at this stage, initiation of action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 is not warranted. Accordingly, Petition is dismissed.
