The learned Advocate appearing for the Plaintiff states that they are not receiving any instructions from the Plaintiff in the above matter. A notice sent to the Plaintiff calling upon them to give instructions in the matter is returned with the remark 'left'. The Plaintiff has also not responded to the notice sent to them at their address. It is therefore clear that the Plaintiff has left / shifted from its address provided in the Plaint but have not bothered to provide its new address to its Advocates. The

Nitin 2 / 2 959-S-326-2014 Plaintiff is therefore not interested in prosecuting the Suit any further. The Suit is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution. The Notice of Motion also stands disposed of.

The Advocate who has just been discharged shall forthwith inform the Plaintiff through e-mail that the above Suit is dismissed for want of prosecution.
