Advocate for the petitioner file draft of the Judge's Order along with Affidavit of the petitioner dated 29th September 2023, copy of the grant issued on 20th July, 2023, copy of the letter issued by the MHADA on 30th August, 2023, Draft of the sale-deed, Consent of Jayesh and Sandesh jointly affirmed on 29th September, 2023.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to produce translate by the letter of the MHADA and carryout the corrections as suggested in the draft. Such as description of the property must be as per the Schedule-I of the Petition and Grant and draft of the Judge's Order.

The petitioner to correct the draft and present it along with all relevant documents with exhibits and page numbers for having been initialled.
