This chamber order is for restoration of the notice of motion that came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections. The only objection raised is "how is this notice of motion maintainable". Mr. Shaikh states that that is the point which the advocate will explain the Court when the Court hears the matter. I agree with Mr. Shaikh. In view thereof, notice of motion is restored to file. Applicant to satisfy the Court on the maintainability of the notice of motion at the hearing of the notice of motion.

Chamber order accordingly stands disposed.
