At the hearing of this petition the counsel for the respondent states that the Competent authority concerned will hear the petitioner afresh on the representation and the letter dated 27 th February, 2018 and pass a reasoned order.

Mr. Thorat, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner is desirous of filing additional reply focusing on the aspect canvassed by him that no permission of any authority is required in order to construct nine additional rooms that are allegedly constructed. 1/2

Accordingly, I pass the following order :
(i) Additional reply shall be filed on or before 25th September,2018 along with additional documents, if any, in support of his case. (ii) Whether or not, if such reply is filed, respondent no. 2 shall grant a personal hearing to the petitioner or his Advocate on or before 15 th October, 2018 with at least 72 hours notice to the petitioners Advocate of such hearing.
(iii) The respondent no. 2 shall thereafter pass a reasoned order within a period of 2 weeks thereafter i.e. 5th November, 2018. (iv) If the order is adverse to the petitioner no coercive steps shall be taken for further period of two weeks.
