Since the Petitioner has filed a Securitization Application before the DRT, Mumbai and we are informed that the DRT (which was not functioning for some time pursuant of the fire, which broke out in the building of DRT, Mumbai) will be functional as arrangements have been made at some other premises, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition is dismissed.
